Seido (精道, “the Way of Refinement”) is the official student portal of Hayashi-Ha Shitoryu Singapore.

Built to support our members in their martial arts journey, Seido makes it easier to track progress, apply for gradings, and receive official records.

Through Seido, students can:

• View their profile and grading history.

• Apply for upcoming gradings and sign indemnity forms online.

• Receive digital certificates upon successful promotion.

• Access their digital grading card anytime, anywhere.

For instructors, Seido provides a secure and structured way to review applications, record grading notes, and update student progress.

This platform reflects our commitment to both tradition and innovation: honoring the discipline of karate while embracing tools that make training and administration smoother for everyone.

Seido was designed and developed in collaboration with Reset Foundry, a systems design studio dedicated to building practical tools for communities and organizations.
